FFD系列冷卻風機主要用于干式變壓器冷卻增容及電子設備、配電柜、高低、壓開關柜等產品的冷卻降溫等作用。用于干式變壓器時，風機置于變壓器線圈下部兩側，將冷風直接吹進變壓器的線圈高、低壓冷卻風道，散熱效果明顯，可提高干式變壓器的輸出功率40-50％，從而可大大提高干式變壓器的承載能力、并延長了干式變壓器的使用壽命，是國內外廠家普遍采用的最經濟有效的方式。（FFD series cooling blowers mainly used for dry type transformer cooling capacity and electronic equipment, power distribution cabinet, high and low voltage switch cabinets and other products, cooling effect. For the dry-type transformer, fan are arranged at both sides of the lower part of the transformer coil, cold wind blowing directly into the transformer coil high, low pressure cooling air duct, the radiation effect is obvious, can increase the output power of 40-50% dry type transformer, which can greatly improve the bearing capacity of dry type transformer, dry-type transformer and prolong the service life, is a commonly used at China and abroad manufacturers of the most effective and economic way.）

我公司生產的FFD系列干變冷卻風機依據行業標準(JB/T8971-1999),通過電腦優化組合設計，使其風量更大、噪音更低，進一步提高了風壓、降低了能耗，FFD系列干變冷卻風機的外殼采用了優質鋁合金型材和不銹鋼，結構緊湊、外形美觀、安裝簡便，壽命長，從而為FFD系列干變冷卻風機長時間在較惡劣環境下平穩運行提供了可靠的保障。風機開、停及變壓器的超溫報警、超溫跳閘等功能有溫控裝置提供。（Our company produces FFD series of dry cooling fan based on industry standards (JB/T8971-1999), through the computer optimization design, make its volume larger, lower noise, and further improve the wind pressure, reducing energy consumption, FFD series of dry cooling fan shell adopts the high quality aluminum and stainless steel, with compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, long service life, thus providing a reliable guarantee for the FFD series of dry cooling fan in a harsh environment runs stably in a long time. 冷卻風機使用條件（Cooling fan operating conditions）

1、 環境溫度應75oC≥-40oC。（Environmental temperature 75 o C o C ≥ -40）

2、 通過冷卻風機的工業氣體不允許有強酸、強堿及各種溶液。（Through the industrial gas cooling fan does not allow to have the strong acid, strong alkali and various solutions.）

3、  不允許有沙塵等雜物掉入風機內，以免造成風機燒毀及扇葉斷裂。（Dust and debris into the air blower is not permitted, in order to avoid wind machine burned and fan blade fracture.）

安裝與維護（Installation and maintenance）

1、 安裝前應首先檢查是否因包裝運輸造成損壞、變形、如有損壞或變形應修復后安裝使用。（Before installation should firstly check for transport packaging damage, deformation, such as damage or deformation should be repaired after installation.）

2、 然后再檢查各零件及螺絲是否有松動；葉片與風筒之間是否相碰或移位，若相碰或移位應進行調整后方可安裝。（Then check each part and see if the screw is loose; between the blade and the air duct is touching or shift, if encounter or shift should be adjusted before installation.）

3、 冷卻風機安裝后應進行試機，待風機運行正常后再進行聯機使用。（After cooling fan installed and should be for a trial, please wait for the operation of the wind turbine back to normal , then move on to the online use.）

4、 風機長期置放重新使用時，應對風機進行檢查試運行若無異常現象，方可聯機使用。（Reusing for the fan after long-term placement, please check wind turbine for an trial if no abnormal phenomenon occurs, then can be used in online.  

5、風機安裝完畢后應將接線合密封，以防接線合滲漏造成短路燒毀電機。（Fan after installation should be sealed to prevent the wiring and leakage caused by short circuit burned motor.）

搬運和存放（Handling and storage）

1、 在搬運過程中，要注意輕拿輕放，按照包裝箱的標志和要求搬運和放置，切勿倒置和立置。（In the process of handling, we should pay attention to handle gently, carry and placed according to mark packing box and carry requirement, be sure not to place upside down and in the vertical position.）

2、 在搬運過程中應避免強烈沖擊和劇烈震動，以防包裝葙和產品破損。（In the process of handling should avoid strong shock and vibration, to prevent the packing box and product damage.）

3、風機應存放于透風、干燥沒有腐蝕性氣體處，避免雨淋和陽光暴曬。（The wind turbine shall be stored in ventilated, dry and no corrosive gas, avoid rain and sun exposure.）

訂貨須知（ordering instruction）

1、 訂貨時請根據使用要求和變壓器的容量及結構形式，參照資料提供的產品型號選型，我公司也可根據您的使用規格進行定制。（Please ordering by operational requirement according to the capacity and structure requirements of transformer, product type selection please refers to information as attached, our company also can be customized according to your specifications.）

2、我公司根據訂單或訂貨合同在三到七天內交貨，定制產品在十五天內交貨。（Our company according to the delivery order or purchase contract deliver the goods in three to seven days, and customized product delivery within fifteen days.）

售后服務（after-sale service; after service）

1、我公司承諾自購機之日起，因產品組件質量原因并非人為故障，一年內保修。（Our company promises from the purchase date, because the product assembly quality and non-human failure reason, one year warranty will be provide.）

2、超出保修期出現故障的，我公司實行免費維修，如果需要更換零部件的收取零部件成本費、運費自理。（Beyond the failure of the warranty, my company provide free repair, if you need to replace the parts charged parts cost, freight themselves.）

鄭重聲明（Declaration）

1、 我公司保修對象僅適用于購買我公司產品的用戶，人為故障及不屬于我公司產品組件質量原因造成的故障，不屬保修范疇。（Our company warranty applies only to buy my company product users, warranty will not include for fault human failure and does not belong to the product assembly quality reasons.）

2、 為確保您的利益，未經我公司同意請不要自行拆卸產品上的任何零部件，否則，將視為自動放棄保修之權利。（To ensure that your interests, without our consent please do not disassemble any parts, products, otherwise, will be considered as a give up of warranty rights.）
